• Calibration program performed by outside party, traceable to NIST standards

• Every part run receives extensive documentation including detailed Operation Routers and CNC Setup Sheets.

• Mitutoyo, Starrett OD, Blade, Depth, Indicators & Thr’d Pitch Micrometers

• Suburban 14” Optical Comparitor

• Full suite of Mitutoyo precision digital bore gages and Mueller groove gaging.

• Other inspection equipment including Granite Surface Plates, Height Stands, etc.

• Upon request with PO, we will provide in-process and/or final inspection reports, certifications, and tagged FAI with your parts.
